 smi schema: 
  ssh clonioc1/clonpc3
  check the dns is running on clonpc3
  if not running start it: dns &
  cd mysmi
  make -i
  ("make -i" should be started first, the ioc should be started second
   although it is not critical if you start things when all HV is off)

  requirement: smi schema should be running
