Epics Server

Process clas_epics_server receives ipc messages in certain format, convert and present them in a form of epics channels. Based on epics's CAS and does not provide full ioc-style channel format. Used mostly to publish certain information from DAQ and other similar programs. It reads configuration file $CLON_PARMS/epics/clas_epics_server.cfg and produces log file $CLON_LOG/epics/clas_epics_server.log.
