Modular designed powered VME crates in excellent and proofed W-IE-NE-R quality, conforming VITA and DESY or CERN specifications, equipeed with computer-controlled lowest-noise power supplies

19" x 8/9U VME bins:

  • 8U or 9U bin for 6U VME cards, 21 slots, 2U space for fan tray
  • various backplanes possible: standard J1/J2, CERN-V430 J1/J2/Jaux, VME 64
  • optional with plenum chamber and dust filter
  • VME 5000 series (DESY spec.) conforming all safety rules, CE
  • VME 430 series mechanics and wiring completely CERN compatible
  • customer based design possible

Intelligent or economic Fan Tray units (UEL 4020 Series):

  • simplified fan tray unit with mains switch only, 3 DC fans (economy / EC)
  • intelligent LX fan tray unit with 3 DC-fans (variable fan speed), 4 status LEDīs and alpha-numeric display / diagnostic system, optional interface for crate remote control

Various low-noise Power Supplies (UEP 5020 and UEP 5021 Series):

  • ultra low-noise power supplies designed in special W-IE-NE-R VHF switching technology
  • modular set-up, cavity arrangement
  • power output 1500VA or up to 3500VA (double unit)
  • standard power supplies (other configuration on request):
