1. HPS run experience

• FADC performance (0.5us holdout), will test CLAS12 with high rate

• TIpci: need new card, remote dell server power recycle

• need to send EB/ER rates to activemq; fix lifetime and integral data rate in runcontrol

• 100kHz level beam modulation cannot be monitored by EPICS, need to implement it - important

2. clon cluster upgrade (desktops, fileserver, clon10 etc)

• 3 desktops installed, 10 new monitors installed, 2 TV screens installed, all operational

• 2 more desktops to install, rename all to restore old naming convention

• new netapps fileserver ordered

• clon10new built, will wait for new fileserver and deploy both together

3. test1 will goto sandorfi temporary

4. Nathan will work on EPICS, vxWorks stays for now, classc1 crashing after 24hours need to be investigated

5. Delayed helicity board - Ed should have it
