1. SVT: VME or so readout board not covered, have to find group to design and produce it; will have a phone meeting with FNAL asap (Kwan)

2. TPE preparations

• LAC TDCs/DISCR wired back

• new TDCs and DISCR installed to EC4 and wired - for TPE cal and DFM

• need scalers: Sergey P. daq ones, nerses epics ones

• need HV

• fastbus TAGE was removed, VME installed, need to check flat cables and cleanup everything; trans table must be changed

• DC cosmic test needed - for Dc and level2 control check

• level1 to be completed and test
