present: Sergey Boyarinov, Ben, Chris, Gu, Vlery K.

1. HPS DAQ/Trigger status: 5G 2 lines works, 2 crates, 2 GTPs, one SSP, CODA software - all ready to run; to do:

• configuration: config file to be finished - Sergey B., DiagGUI - install in github, configure servers/clients - Ben, Sergey B.

• monitoring: scalers to CODA and EPICS, will talk to Hall D and Sytnik to implement it, will feed DiagGUI, EPICS and CODA; monitoring on data stream can be contributed by Valery and Andrey (they have rich test setup monitoring written using ROOT)

• making GTP sync ROCs: Ti part is ready, Ben and Gu will work together to implement GTP-TI protocol

• run time database, EPICS in data stream - deal with that later

• Gu is finishing SLAC-related TI firmware

• playback mode needs GEANT data - by FX (adc waveform ?); can use LED system; Valery will talk to italians to make control-monitor system to test trigger

2. CLAS12 DAQ installation status: 6 sectors installed (except one crate controller tdcecal6), will finalize CODA software, mode 6 test to do
