present: Sergey Boyarinov, Sergey Pozdnyakov, Eugene Pasyuk

1. CLAS12: all 18 VXS crates on Forward Carriage with FADCs, SDs and TIs were installed, configured and tested one by one, using Intel controller named adcecal1, pedestal runs were created, 240 FADCs total are in the system and operational, 6 bad FADCs were found and returned to Fast Electronics Group for evaluation and repair; started TDC crates testing: first crate was configured for TDC calibration and first data taken, working on software, will continue crate by crate for all TDC crates; will think about tdc data format etc; still waiting for electrical work to be done

Sergey B. will submit PRs for HV mainframes, extra 1290 board and UPS for counting room


2. FTOF test setup just finished second half of panel 1A counters, will goto panel 2; panel 1B fro SC will arrive this summer; ;aser electronics was moved from the hall to CTOF area, waiting for assembly by Vitaly; all other test setups operational
