1. Next run preparations (tager calib run and g14)

• test run around March 26, g14 after April 3

• new g14 directory on SILO

• tage/tage2/tage3 preparations: 34-pin connectors in tage, CPUs for all three (Intel ?); translation table

• LAC ADC/TDC check: pedestal run, tdc calib run

• trigger: use new version, but old calib configurations must be created, and L2 fixed; tagger MOR bit needed (see G9NORM), and any 2 sector TOFxST, possible L2

• polar will be needed for g14 - need to check TS end run problem (fixed ?)

• new supply and 24-port blade to be installed in Big Iron router, all AC wiring to be redone to make sure both UPSs are equally loaded; remove italian farms in Counting House (not in use); clonfs2 can be moved to EEL; old raid - decommission or ELL ?

• finish mac-mini installation in Hall

2. CLAS12 projects

• 16 JLAB discriminators arrived, will test them and install in TOF big angle area instead of CAMAC crate with 7 2313s (add to DIMAN); second stage - make it ROC and read scalers

• INFN visit (Andrea Celentano): CAEN v1720 FADC readout works, will send some hardware (PC with CODA, TI, v1190, mv6100) to INFN to be used in test setup

• JLAB FADCs will be available around April, will be tested and used in ELL (Stepan) and CLAS (November in ST ?)

• 4 intel-based VME controllers must arrive shortly, will be commissioned

• EPICS: medm, edm, something else ??? archiving ???

• racks layout - do something this summer ?
