1. HPS preparations: DAQ with 2 VXS crates with FADC250s works, single crate delivers 100MBytes/sec, 2 crates - up to 40MBytes/sec, looks like event builder limitation (using CLAS CODA), will investigate; first data file was written in EVIO4 format (window raw mode), two other modes to be implemented; need to send some signals to FADCs to simulate clusters, will be used for both DAQ and trigger testing; trigger is coming in about two weeks (estimate); calorimeter hardware is coming today from France with experts, will try to install next week; SVT readout from SLAC is not coming yet; NIM funouts 740 will be used for SVT HV interlocks; motors will be connected in the hall when SLAC guys deliver motors, control will be ours (Bruhwel)

2. CLAS12 HV boards testing and logging: received 9 boxes (in B108), will move them to the counting room for testing and logging as soon as space in counting room is available (have to move HPS HV stuff to the hall first)

3. Inventory database becomes urgent, will do it right after HPS is ready
