1. Inventory: Elliott cleaned it and installed as JInventory to SVN; ergey B. developed cable scheme, it was discussed and in general looks good, Sergey will talk to mysql experts to find best way to implement; will implement never-changed pin-channel tables for every board type to be used to generate translation tables, can be done later; time history in mysql must be considered as well, important for translation table

2. HPS: installation for slow control under way; wiring will be finished today; trigger from Chris group should come next week, will be tested in they lab, then in counting rooom and then everything will be moved to the hall; calorimeter is ready to be moved to the hall, waiting for HDIce electron test to be done and target replaced, this is scheduled for the end of next week
