1. CLAS12

• all boards inserted in FC crates equipped with barcode labels and inserted into inventory database; 3 boxes of remaining FADCs still in Sergey B. office waiting to be moved to the hall; boards are not inserted completely, waiting for switches setup

• HV patch panels testing under way, all HV boards are completely tested

• electricians started to work, should be done by summer

• 2 new switches prepared by CC moved to FC level3, neet to be installed

2 test setups

• old laser-related equipment from the hall will be moved to ctof test setup (Baturin)

• ftof setup is operational, working on analysis software; 2-crate configuration works after TI firmware upgrade, ftof0 is master with FADCs and ftof1 is slave with dsc2s, v1290s and v1495; some sync problems between crates still under investigation

• pcal, dcrb, svt must be upgraded with recent firmware as well
