1. HPS status

• JLAB part is operational, high rate (20kHz) with 20 events block_size works; hodoscope FADC shows datasize-related problem, we reproduced it in test setup and working to resolve

• SVT daq keeps crashing: DPM freeze sometimes, some other problem observed, SLAC team is working to fix it; good progress was made recently and we can run about 10min before SVT daq crashes

• trigger is operational, work in progress on validation, currently running without hodoscope, will add it later; currently with 60nA 4m target rate is 10kHz and data rate 92MB/s (SVT 1.5mm from he beam)
