1. EPICS and board scalers: Hovanes presented scaler scheme proposal to be used by EPICS and DAQ; will implement 3 levels of EPICS (see (pdf)); will be good to have timestamp together with scalers when read from the board for CODA; make sure that latch in dcs2 copies scalers for readout, while scalers keeps counting
