• trigger fibers on SF, may install parcially with loop over pie tower

• FASTBUS: 1881Ms need gate, will assumes that CIP is 12us fixed

• ask William about signal delay if do TI in and out from front panel, and block it by backend busy (ti jitter will be 16ns)
