July 18, 2018 online meeting minutes

1. DAQ/Trigger upgrades progress for upcoming run

• FADC firmware: still in Ed hands, Hai is done, will go to Ben tomorrow, he will implement Hall B part (trigger integration chain and timing sync); busy should be implemented as well; Sergey will send email to detectors groups with related details if anything changed in windows etc

• VTPs and DC trigger: Firmware is ready for current dictionary (incomplete), geometry match is not there yet; VTP event building and readout in progress, crashes seems fixed, slow readout will be addressed after DMA implemented (Bryan Moffit is working on DMA); remaining 5 VTPs should be repaired next week

• spare pool PRs: all PRs are there except 3 SD and 3 FADC to be done by Chris; BAND situation to be resolved, backup plan for August is VME crate from existing inventory and few FDCs with SDC board, or use few slots in adcctof1 or adccnd1 crates; when VXS crates are here (min 4 month) Chris can give 16 FADCs and final setup will be assembled

• restore counting room computing and svt3 setup in EEL
