1. HallB cosmic runs organization: svt test setup can work now with and without ts, all wiring is done, Yuri will check data consistency; in general we can run our major sets in parallel

2. HPS preparations

• DAQ status: cleanup, new release will be made; daq is running in the hall with 3 vie crates and 2 servers, everything is ready, waiting for ECAL and SVT

• TIpcie board integration with SVT: test setup in SLAC is operational, SVT electronics being prepared there, some issues still exist, in particular phase synchronization have to be worked out

• trigger status: by the end of week Ben will finish trigger simulation and will be ready for commissioning; all triggers presented in January in SLAC will be implemented, actual production and calibration triggers will be discussed

• installation and commissioning plans: ECAL will be on Monday April 29, 2 scintillators are ready and will be installed as well, then trigger tests can be started; we have to finish in one week before SVT arrives May 6; if trigger delayed SD outputs can be used; SVT installation and testing will take about 10 days

• HPS run starts Monday June 17; MCC starts June 10 so we may be ready few days before just in case; will go until August 18

• Nathan will look at HPS slow control if it can/should be merged with CLAS

• utility power will be added in alcove
