1. Dc segment finding in trigger

Rafo presented current status of the DC segment finder for trigger, presentation is here. Few days ago Rafo, Sergey, Veronique and Mac had a meeting discussing dc calibration constants needed for trigger purposes, and it was common understanding that formula on page 3 sufficient for our purposes. As next step Rafo will work on fit procedure to estimate spacial resolution we can achieve, following steps will e discussed after that.

2. Run preparations

Ben prepared new firmware 1.5 for dcrb boards to fix busy condition handling, one dcrb crate upgraded, preliminary high rate test (60kHz) shows that problem solved. All 18 dcrb's will e upgraded and tested on high rate and with cosmic.
