present: Sergey Boyarinov, 1. Streaming DAQ/Trigger task force status: final report sent to reviewers (S.Woods and B.Sawatzky)


2. Upgrades: DAQ, trigger, purchases (VTP/TDC/VXS/...), etc

  • plan is in task force report, purchases started (2 VTP boards and 8 VETROC TDCs are ordered, VXS backplane under discussion), will start MM discussion soon
  • L1 trigger upgrade will involve Rafo, started in May and will speed up


3. Preparation for upcoming run

  • tdcs/discriminators replacement: 2 places identified, will check TDCs, DSC@s and cables
  • daq crash tests on high rates, busy propagation - will start testing now
  • anything else ?
