1. HDICE daq & trigger: test1 VME64X crate was moved from EEL/125 to test lab beam enclosure, 5 FADCs installed and firmware upgraded; network switch installed with 86 subnet; DAQ is running with HDICE7 configuration; detector is not there yet; need some trigger - OR or something more complex

2. SVT/MM cosmic test: gas is flowing, will be ready to run cosmic soon; readout boards for TPC still not ready

3. Clon cluster upgrades and upcoming run preparations: CC installing 5 new switches on FC to replace edging ones, fileserver shipped and will be here soon; helicity correction board will be good to have if exist; integrated data rate counter in runcontrol fixed; HV reset boards installation is in progress; new RF board have a problem reseting every run, have to fix it somehow, for example init on power-up so it can be in crate without cpu and without control; beam modulation effect discovered in HPS have to be controlled somehow, maybe using FADC250 with 8microsec readout window; dcdm issues: run start time setting have to move to 'Go', run end time not set if run crushes; VXWorks was moved to /usr/clas12, have to make sure it compiles on Linux, right now on Sparc Solaris only, will try to migrate to Linux next summer, have 6 vxworks crates in slow control right now; crate with v288 was moved higher, can put all v288s in one crate
