January 9, 2019 online meeting minutes

1. Upcoming run preparations: went through 12 items discussed on previous meeting:

1. not started, next few days
2. done, in testing
3. done, testing
4. not done, will do in next access
5. new HTCC validate; new road dictionary will have HTCC, DC and PCAL, we'll use roads for upcomiong run for sure, Raffaella is working on dictionary, also PCAL clusters will be added

7. Sergey put level3 component in CODA, will be developed during next week
8. One new TD installed in sector 1, will take cosmic, then replace remaining 5, old TDs will NOT be modified until we sure new TDs are workin\g, probably will wait until mid February
9. test setup is ready in counting room (2 VXS crates test0 and test2), all spares moved from pie tower to counting room
11. New crates and intel cpu installed on SW for old caen hv, name classchv1, ready to be populated and used
12. 7 DCS2s and second tdc1190 installed in tdcband1, need one more DSC2 and TDC fanout board, may put fanout in adcband1 slot2 and use longer cables; FADCs still due

2. BONUS readout: Irakli will modify front end firmware, maybe SSP part do not have to be modified; if have to, will discuss it later when Irakli will give us update on front end

3. NIM paper: Sergey will finish putting parts in Git and will send email to contributors with update
