present: Sergey Boyarinov, Cole Smith, Ben Raydo

  • VTP: first board is here, evaluated by Ben in preparation for production;
  • vivado hls modeling was implemented for ECAL, will start testing with geant data; rom was used and improved performance, limited by 16K for now, hope to increase it
