1. need diaggui page for ecal, will do it later

2. eclib.c:

• finish f->i conversion, removing sqrt etc

• use bit fields to minimize int variables length

• will start to use vivado_hls, installed on Ben's machine braydopc2 because of license

• we had useful discussion on possible algorithms, will continue after getting some experience with vivado_hls
