present: Sergey Boyarinov, Hovanes, Wesley Moore, Levon, Eugene Pasyuk, Nerses

1. EPICS for HPS

drivers conversion/or new done: motor, CAEN HV, MPOD

drivers to be converted/installed: scalers (DAQ boards, Joerger, shtruk; Sergey, Valery), analog/digit (Valery ? Xycom 240/560/564), chiller and minitorus and pspec serial control and ECAL RTDs (485 ?) (Wesley using Etherlite32), ECAL LEDs (Ken), hall_probes (GPIB - old ? new ? new may have hardware reliability issues, Wesley), xps motors (Hovanes)

apps: Levon will start migrating to 3.14 and working with driver writers, Hovanes will supervise the process; Wesley will do GPIB apps

Nerses will convert medm/alarms etc and install in 3.14; autosave(from synapps) maybe used instead of burt

may need money for Wesley and agree with Kelvin Edwards
