1. HPS Trigger/DAQ requirements

• SLAC TI implementation: in 3 month William will try to provide TI block, which will be extractable and used by both William and external groups; it can be slave only if easily to implement

• multi-roc configuration: common TI for all of rocs, accessible by all rocs; in the same time only one roc is acknowledges TI; TI need acknowledge mask register, one bit per roc, and when all required bits set, TI acknowledged; TI fifo will be provided as separate copies for every roc; block level comes from TS to TIs and read by rocs; TI fifo contains minimum 3 32-bit words per trigger x 265 events per block; jlab TI will support 2 rocs, and we'll provide instruction how to make 8 and more roc versions; David and William will make a document describing new structure; for JLAB, busy from switch slot is there

• configuration files: we have 2 formats - Ben's DiagGUIs and HallB/HallD config files, first used to adjust registers, and second used by readout lists; will continue to discuss the usage of those 2 formats

2. CLAS12 installation progress

in progress; observes timing issues with TI (about 150ns trigger latency shift between sector 6 and sector 4 running ftof0/ftof1 with pcal trgger), will investigate; all the rest looks good
