1. All remaining FADCs were moved to the Forward Carriage, Sergey P. will install them and do inventory (as well as remaining boards still in boxes). 10 TIs will be returned to William Gu to be converted to TI masters; we are ready to go crate by crate and set all boards addresses and do final installation and test using one GE CPU and test program to be provided (crate scan). Counting Room remodeling: 1st floot to be completed by June 2013, 2nd floor - later.

2. one GE 4-core controller was moved to Ben to be programmed and send to Saclay. LTCC test setup is equipped with VXS crate, 5 FADCs, TI, SD and GE CPU, used by Bryan Moffit at present time to debug cpu-hunging problem observed before, after that it will be ready (scripts ltcc_start and ltcc_exit to be run on ltcc0). After SF is accessible, laser-related electronics will be moved to Baturin's place. All other test setups (pcal, ftof) are operational. Sergey B. will concentrate on dcrb and dc trigger projects.
