1. CLAS12 construction

2 remaining VME crates must be ready today for installation (middle connectors has been removed)

inventorization is in progress, discriminatora are in database already, the rest will be done in a week or so

crates to be labeled, the old controllers will be installed and wired; crates will be wired as well; all IP names to be registered; will ask CC for 4 more switches

boards switches to be decided, will discuss with Ben and Ed TDC-Discr readout

2. Test setups

Bryan made new flash with /data partition and startx, working to install coda etc, will try to do it transparent so CPU can be booted from flash or network or without ethernet and be able to run coda
