present: Sergey Boyarinov, Sergey Pozdnyakov, Hovanes, FX, Nerses

1. HPS preparations:

DAQ: 2 VXS crates installed in counting room, have 2 CPUs, 2 TIs, 2 CTPs (one old), 2 SDs, 15 FADCs (one with bad channel); after finish with EVIO will connect everything and run tests taking pedestal runs etc

EVIO still not finished (mostly JEVIO), working hard ...

slow control: 1 vme crate with cpu and v288 (camac2 ?), initially in counting room using croctest2; will use primex setup to control motors (primexioc1 etc); may need windows machine to control chiller, will check ethernet and rdesktop, will ask Pawel Ambrozevich (FT test currently using it)

SVT internal sensors will be in data stream and must be in EPICS, even if DAQ is not runing (tcpserver ?)

need to analyze IC data in pulsed mode to make sure it works

trigger is under development by fast electronics group, involves FADC, CTP and SSP, suppose to be ready in new weeks (!!!)
