0. Scalers in JLAB discriminators: since DAQ and EPICS want those scalers and can reset them, Ben will try to implement 2 sets of scalers, and 2 FIFOs (small for EPICS FIFO and big for DAQ FIFO), it will solve all problems; reset or not will be optional

1. Flash ADCs: got VXS crate from Chris with 16 FADCs, TID and SD, started to incorporate TID into CLAS DAQ; whole setup will be used in HPS beam test

2. Test setups: PCAL racks are in place, will start to assemble next week, some cables must be produced

3. Upcoming run preparations: official start Nov 19, maybe Nov 11; DC cosmic is finished; FADC test in EC sec 3 was started, we have some data, want to continue with beam; Hall D test will be run in parallel independently (need group account on clonpc3, and space in second floor of the counting room), as well as HPS test; Italian test will be connected to the CLAS (as tage3 ? need to adjust readout); trigger will be 2 sector and sector-based level2 (need time and people to set level2 up); clonpc1/2 must be check after RHEL upgrade (Nerses)
