dsc2: getting ready for final firmware revision; will test in CLAS - test input (calibration) and cosnic, maybe even triggering from them over v1495; then will start buying them; will use rack C2-10 to install dsc2's, maybe in scaler4 or instead of it

one sy1527 will replace 2 Lecroy's for EC (C3-1)
