Hall B requirements:

1st floor: new street door to prevent water leaks; separate climate control for 102 and 102A; humidity control (40%+-10%)

2nd floor: electronics test and storage area (10 racks, table for soldering, electronics storage cabinets, shelfs for boxes), glass wall between racks and the rest of space, separate climate control
