1. TPE commissioning

new firmware should work, will test in in test setup; latch1 feature to be tested; GUI is almost ready for testing; will do Hall test tomorrow during opening

fiber monitor on Space Frame works, DFM (FC) still in commissioning, as well as TPE calorimeter

trying to reach 10kHz found bottleneck in clastrig2, maybe related to the new boards moved from scaler1 some time ago, will investigate
