1. Run DVCS2 in production mode, event rate 2.5kHz, dead time 5%, beam current 12nA; test was done on 18nA, DAQ was running fine; both triggers were commissioned (CLASTRIG2 and DVCSTRIG), dvcs2 crate with v1190 TDCs for IC and SH works fine, all timing including ADC gate was checked; EC1 HV Lecroy crate was replaced with CAEN sy1527, it works fine, we'll continue replacement during downtimes; smatrsockets rtserver moved to clondb1; graphis for pedman needx to be restored ???; check IC diskr loading process; move puneet's scripts to standard place; some improvements needed in inventory db (SF->rack.. chain, email to custodian etc)

2. Plans

• new solaris10 update 6 to be installed everywhere, clonmon1 was upgraded, works fine; new clonfs1 tobe commission as replacement for clonfs2;

new bigiron almost ready by Brent, need 2 smaller switches for 102A and 1 switch for workstation racks with GBit inputs; raid expansion to satisfy CC requirements

• EPICS: complete migration to the new 3.14 version, at least for the applications we know about make ma list of hardware in use, install it in counting room, check EPICS apps on them; finish new trigger application (R/W channels); move DC HV under EPICS making sure dchv can operate; migration from medm to edm - step by step; consider moving camac1/camac2 under epics, make final decision on test results; XRT problem must be solved before moving to the new fileserver !

• move to subversion: install on Solaris, start from $CODA and $CLON, then do it for $EPICS after migration to 3.14 is completed
