Counting House remodeling

Hall B requirements:

• 1st floor: new street door to prevent water leaks; separate climate control for 102 and 102A; humidity control (40%+-10%); replace small round lamps which are failing all the time

• 2nd floor: electronics test and storage area (5-8 racks, table for soldering, electronics storage cabinets, shelfs for boxes), glass wall between racks and the rest of space with separate climate control for two areas; emergency AC power (similar to room 102)
