  • CAEN SY527 HV system: one in repair with CAENET problem, 2 good spares in Counting House; 5 HV boards for LAC came back from repair, 4 good and 1 unrepairable; DCHV is in EPICS, Nerses will include it in all standard medm/alarm GUIs; need to install 'big' AC plug in one sy527 in trailer (ask Danny); will turn LAC HV on to detect and repair bad boards if any
  • CAEN SY1527 HV system: one drawer came from repair, will be installed; drawer from hvdvcs sent for repair; there are 3 generations of pc104 in it, A1535-related problem was in 3rd one, we have at least one more to repair (HVEC1); Sergey P. will send list on s/n to CAEN to make sure we do not need to upgrade more of them
  • A1535 24-pin connectorsfrom RADIALL: CAEN advised to be careful inserting pins, so 'teflon' ring inside does not crack; Sergey P. will continue to talk to RADIALL copying emails to CAEN; Chris's group will build new patch panels without installing RADIALL connectors
  • UST: 1881M repair for $2780, new for $4500, have to decide if ADCs from PRIMEX can be used, or can get some from FERMILAB; will ask them to repair mainframes; we will send 2 1881M for repair; need to start JLAB FADC testing !!!
  • V895B discriminators: have one good and 2 suspicious, will be send to CAEN, they will evaluate the possibility of repair in JLAB
  • 2 STR7201 came from repair, must check and tell procurement to pay if works
