November 28, 2018 online meeting minutes

present: Sergey Boyarinov, Ben, Nathan, Stepan, vpk, Raffaella, Rafo(bluejeans)

1. Trigger for next run:

• HTCC was redesigned, going from 4ns to 32ns clock,

• CTOF added clustering

• CND was checked and bug fixed, reporting layer1 alone now

• Ben prepared stage2 and stage3 for ctof-cnd coincidence

• trigger testing: new trigger may not be needed, so we will do our best to check new trigger on existing data and cosmic today, and then use beam for validation if it is in run plan (including delay scan)

2. DAQ fixes:

• hallbcam10 - if external power is used, problems talking to switch, will investigate

• svt - high occupancy problem solved; if clock dissapeares for short time (trig1 reboot) it will do reset in Restart, do not need to reboot, it should never happen; rich have similar problem, Ben is looking, right now one click in epics to recover or roc_reboot

• DiagGuiServer - memory leak was created by pthread

• need to put all old caen v288 to one vie crate, Sergey will install crate and order cabling, will finish it next downtime

• SWITCH cron jobs to rg-k !!!
