Branches testing procedure
1. On VME ROC, run vme_link:
- Enter (16-bit hex) interface address ('0' to quit) - 0ed0
2. On TS2, run ts2_link:
- Enable FAST L1 mode? (1 = yes, 0 = no) - 0
- Enter ROC buffer mode (1 = buffer, 0 = lock) - 0
- Enter (hex) ROC enable pattern ('0' to quit) - xxxxxxx (roc mask)
- type 'g' and <enter>
3. When done, type 'q' and <enter> on both
