UPS CHB1 and UPS CHB2 are Symmetra RM multi-module and multi-battery systems from APC Corporation.

In case of UPS is beeping or has blinking red light :
- make a call to APC Technical Support
- be physically nearby to suspicious working UPS
- give them your name and our company name (Jefferson Laboratory)
- explain a problem
- ask them Operator name and Case Number, write it down
- be ready to answer questions from Technical Support Operator
- be ready to dictate UPS’s Model Number and Serial Number
- be ready to follow Operator instructions to check UPS
