1. Streaming DAQ/Trigger progress

DAQ part very much under way, adcft1/2/3-based setup is used to develop, Ben is still working on reliability, Sergey and Ben will continue to work on firmware and software

TRIDAS part waits for DAQ to be reliable; Sergey is working on day component to emilate TRIDAS so we can debug DAQ standalone in 'real' conditions

L3 was added to DAQ/Trigger Task Force; Vardan/Raffaella/etc will look how to run Clara in L3

reconstruction algorithms candidates: existing offline, existing L1, ... - depends on Valery's conclusion on requirements
