Hall B requirements:
- 1st floor: new street door to prevent water leaks; separate climate control for 102 and 102A; humidity control (40%+-10%); replace small round lamps which are failing all the time
- 2nd floor: electronics test and storage area (5 racks, table for soldering, electronics storage cabinets, shelfs for boxes), glass wall between racks and the rest of space with separate climate control for two areas; OPTIONAL: emergency AC power (similar to room 102)
