In case of UPS is beeping or has blinking red light:
  Make a call to APC Technical Support
  Be physically nearby to suspicious working UPS
  Give them your name and our company name (Jefferson Laboratory)
  Explain a problem
  Ask them ‘’’Operator name’’’ and ‘’’Case Number’’’, write it down
  Be ready to answer questions from Technical Support Operator
  Be ready to dictate UPS’s Model Number and Serial Number
  Be ready to follow Operator instructions to check UPS
At the end of check procedure broken module hopefully will be found.
APC normally send it to JLab within one-two days in a box with return tag.
After receiving and installation of new module, bad one should be returned to APC in delivered box, put return tag on the box. Box should be brought to our Shipping and Delivery in EEL building (Building 90). They will send it back to APC.

UPS CHB1 and UPS CHB2 are Symmetra RM multi-module and multi-battery systems from APC Corporation.
