3.Test setups: HPS trigger cable is too long to get into ADC gate, need to cut off at least 60ns, better 80ns, will reroute trigger cable and Ben will try to make trigger logic faster; rather then that HPS setup seems ready to run with 1881 ADCs; next step will be to replug from 1881 to FADCs and run with new electronics
3.Test setups: HPS trigger cable is too long to get into ADC gate, need to cut off at least 60ns, better 80ns, will reroute trigger cable (probably find faster cable) and Ben will try to make trigger logic faster; rather then that HPS setup seems ready to run with 1881 ADCs; next step will be to replug from 1881 to FADCs and run with new electronics

1. SILO procedure: discussed in details, decided to have 3T scratch buffer on sfs61

2. g14b: logbook fails quite often now (almost daily), have to do something; switched to 2-sector trigger without L2, 1.5kHz event rate, 93% livetime, will be main trigger for the rest of the run; HV TOF mf#10 was repaired (one board was bad); 1881 was replaced in TOF, will check it in test setup
