We discussed CLAS12 trigger layout and how new Fast Electronics Group boards developed for Hall D can be fitted into CLAS12 environment. Channel count was converted to the actual number of boards and crates.

Following table contains channel count for FADCS and their VXS crate layout:

VXS1: EC: 36x6=216 per sector, 1296 total (7 FADCs on left side of VXS, 7 on right, 8 channels unused)

VXS2: PEC: 64x3=192 per sector, 1152 total (8 FADCs on left side of VXS, 4 on right, no channels unused)

VXS3: TOF: 114 per sector, 684 total (8 FADCs on left side of VXS, 14 channels unused)
SC: 56 per sector, 336 total,
CC: 18 per sector, 108 total (5 FADCs on right side of VXS, 6 channels unused)

VXS19: HTCC: 48 total (3 FADCs on left side of VXS, no channels unused)
CTOF: 100 total (7 FADCs on right side of VXS, 12 channels unused)

Total: 3724 channels, 244 FADCs (140 channels unused - 8.75 boards), 19 VXS crates
With spares and test setup: 250 FADC boards, 21 VXS crates, 1 spare VXS power supply and 1 spare VXS fan tray

TDC channel counts is the same, CAEN v1190/v1290 boards will be used; the number of boards:

v1190: 2940 channels, 127 per board -> 24 boards, have more then 30 already
v1290: 784 channels, 31 per board -> 26 boards, have 8 already, with spares need at least 20 boards
JLAB discriminators: 3724 channels, 16 per board -> 233 boards, with spares 240 boards
Q: is CTOF needs CFDs ??? will ask

ADB-related electronics (already have 18 ADB crates, 9 FASTBUS crates, 14 1877 TDCs per crate):

ADB backplanes: 18, with spares 20
ADB MUX boards: 18x14=252, with spares 260
SF(segment finder) boards: 18, with spares 20

Trigger boards (uncompleted list):

CTP - 19, with spares 21 board
SSP - 6, with spares 7 boards
GTP - 1, with spares 2 boards
TS - 1, with spares 2 boards
RF(road finder) - 6, with spares 7

Generic CLAS12 DAQ/Trigger layout will be produced shortly, Hall D electronics will be used whenever possible but some changes maybe applied to satisfy CLAS12 requirements.
