Event Transfer System is a part of CODA distribution and plays key role in experimental data moving between different computers. All questions must be addressed to Carl Timmer (timmer@jlab.org).
Observed problems:
1. File /etc/hosts must contains records like following:
129.57.68.21 clon10-daq1.jlab.org clon10-daq1
It is important to have *.jlab.org on the first place. If that line will be
129.57.68.21 clon10-daq1 clon10-daq1.jlab.org
then et2et to that machine will not find clon10-daq1 interface.
2. If two or more ET systems are started on the same machine, then e2et to that machine can connect to the first started ET, all other ET Systems will be unvisible.
