1. HPS status
- HPS finally started production, running around 12kHz and 110MB/s with 160nA current, rate may go up but not significantly which will be easy for DAQ; SVT part seems stable after a lot of work conducted during last few weeks by SLAC teem; rcdb was deployed last night, now all components are in place
- more trigger studies can be conducted, beam current will be increased factor 2 so we need to optimize trigger to stay within about 30kHz event rate; random trigger run will betaken and studies conducted, in a meanwhile will used current trigger (single positron)
- target beam current is 300nA, will try to do it soon
- online reconstruction will be deployed

- 5 40G PCI cards for servers - received
- 10 displays - ordered
- 5 desktops (1 installed) - ordered
- TVs - ordered
- VXS supply and fan tray - waiting on Volker
- VME CPU - signed by Volker, waiting for finance
- VME 10G - ordered one, will test and order more
- file server - not tested yet
- curved monitors - not ordered
