* DAQ test setup is operational in SLAC, Ryan installed SVT readout prototype communicating to TIpcie card, 2 crate setup is running, both SVT readout lists are ready, 50kHz test was successful, working on finalizing data format; data so far is emulation, no real SVT connected yet
* no FADC compression (FDAC estimated as 30%, not much gain from it)
* trigger: GTP->VTP transition finished, hodoscope is in progress; in about 2 weeks Ben will be done with first trigger revision; in a meanwhile we'll discuss needed triggers more detaily (Stepan, Valery, Kail - montecarlo simulation
* Rafo preparing 2 PMT with scintillators, will be used to test trigger - end of April/ beginning of May
* SLAC will ship everything beginning of May
* need 2 more FADC for hodoscope, restore some scalers etc
