* what is ready: PROD config contains 'almost' everything (all VME crates, FC VTP boards), run with 60KHz random pulser and block_level=40, got 16kHz/200MByte/sec
 
* what is missing: scaler1 crate commissioning, Stepan will help with helicity signals, will do it after meeting;, 1KHz will be connected to TS, readout scaler1 only on corresponding event type; check faraday etc are connected
 
* one FTOF VTP is missing, may take one from CND

* DAQ: rols info - text, histos; test subset of ROCs separately for performance purposes; check if all data in data stream, EPICS and RCDB; test mode 7 at some point

* Trigger: offline reconstruction must be running (all trig banks); <det>mon has pulse histogram, will be running from 1 trigger bit and set timing; delay scan using scalers will be done; cluster energy histogram to control energy threshold, Cole knows scale from cosmic; run with different conditions and record data for offline analysis, will prepare trigger config file for every trigger setting; trigger pattern is 64bit now, will be described
