1. CLAS12 installation progress

in progress, will take another couple of month; Chris will arrange trigger fibers installation on FC, and SF will wait

2. DCRB plans:

we are promised 400k, will build all dcrb boards and use remaining money for at least 6 VMS crates; need to do 6U version of dcrb board

3. HPS preparations

hps1 and hps2 crates were installed on forward carriage with CPUs, TIs, FADCs abd SDs; Ben will put GTPs and SSP in and start developing soon; those 2 crates may be moved to alcove for actual run or stay on FC; atca crate will be on pie tower, as well as HV mainframes and LV; discr/TDCs (if used) will be on alcove together with splitters; will decide it based on cables available; will discuss it more; if alcove is used, clean power must be provided, Sergey will check with Jason; HV will be using 1520 boards, have to check and repair them; Hai and Ben will be working on new FADC firmware, we suppose to have both timing and pulse integration in trigger chain
