1. Installation: hv_control works for all 3 HV systems, adcecal1 is running, Cole Smith is testing ecal, work in progress
2. Config files: format was discussed, Sergey P. will finish it; timing will be in 'ns', amplitude in 'mV' for dsc2, counts for fadcs; it will be possible to mask off slots
3. dcrb trigger: Ben finished firmware for GTP in DCRB1 crate including sync between DCRBs and GTP, will start testing today; two coda_roc processes running on dcrb1, one for dcrb1 boards readout, and one for GTP readout over tcp server built-in GTP; primary goal will be to measure trigger efficiency, we need external trigger for that (scintillator counter)
