CODA is using msql database to store critical information. Daemon is running on clon10 and must be started manually if clon10 is rebooted. To do so login as root and execute command: 

$CODA/SunOS_sun4u/bin/run_daemon $CODA/SunOS_sun4u/bin/msqld
