			* after TIpcie card firmware was fixed, CODA was tested in test0(master VME TI) - R440(slave TIpcie) configuration, all software sent to SLAC including new TIpcie firmware and driver, waiting for response; if firmware cannot be upgraded in SLAC they will send card to us

			* both GTPs were replaced with VTPs, Ben started to work on new trigger firmware, should be ready by April 15

			* GTP diagnostic will be moved to VTP, scalers will be inside VTP instead of external DSC2, ActiveMQ will be used for all scalers reporting including FADCs
